Location: California
Responsibilities
- Work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions
- Manage acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations
- Deliver high quality advice to clients
- Collaborate closely with professionals throughout the firm
- Play an important role in a team that includes senior professionals
- 3-6+ years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Associate and/or Vice President with a proven track record working on complex executed deals
- Experience with in the technology industry is strongly preferred, but not a requirement
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
- Strong analytical, corporate finance, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
- Series licensing or must obtain
