- Manages the ongoing credit risk of a complex portfolio of ABL relationships
- Develops and maintains external relationships with assigned customers
- Attend client meetings with assigned clients
- Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction
- Develops and maintains internal relationships with coverage team
- Mentor to more junior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
- 8 years credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in an Asset Based Lending environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel spreadsheet software
