Jobtailor seeks an investment banking professional (Associate/VP) to partner with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years in investment banking on complex deals, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. An MBA and/or CFA is a plus; series licensing or the ability to obtain it may be required.
