Bank Customer Service, Loan Officer / Lending
World Finance is a financial services provider dedicated to helping customers meet their financial needs.
Hourly Pay: $15–$19
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
- Demonstrated self‑confidence and organizational skills.
- History of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others.
- Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Absolute team player, willing to pitch in when needed and accept help.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions- Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force.
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑priority environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
