Overview

Serves as the trusted advisor and team coordinator to simplify complexity for Private Bank clients by challenging and collaborating with them to articulate and achieve their wealth goals. Creates streams of highly credentialed specialists to provide wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services. Ensures delivery and execution of Private Bank experience and client service standards, while managing risk and ensuring customer and colleague positive experiences within the Bank's risk appetite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales: Develops and prospects internal and external centers of influence to build and cultivate a pipeline of new client opportunities. Utilizes the Life
360 Discovery process to profile clients and identify client needs that result in AUM, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth planning. Acts as the Core Team Member for One Bank to identify opportunities with new and existing bank customers, monitors client needs, and expands household relationships. Demonstrates proficiency in consultative, advice-driven sales and manages execution of client service standards to develop and retain lasting relationships.

Develops and strategically executes a personal business plan to achieve defined revenue and business objectives.

Client Experience: Coordinates a team to consistently deliver Private Bank experience standards using the Life
360 process. Collaborates with specialists and third‑party advisors to deliver high-quality client service, ensuring service standards and metrics are met. Identifies and refers opportunities for advanced planning solutions. Supports client reviews (annual, quarterly) and drives profitability, recording information timely in CRM. Leads the 90‑day client onboarding process, resolves problems, and promotes continuous improvement across all Private Bank channels.

Other: Operates in an environment stressing both individual accountability and team-based performance; partners effectively with management at all levels; builds valued relationships; supports growth and financial results; participates in professional and community organizations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred). CFP, CFA, or CPWA industry certification is preferred and required within 24 months of start date (36 months for CFA). Juris Doctorate or Certified Public Accountant designations also accepted. State life and health insurance licenses required. Minimum of eight (8) years of successful sales/client service experience in financial services.

Knowledge of regulatory changes, strong interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or related systems. Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment with limited exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and other typical office conditions.

Compensation

Wealth Management Advisor – II Total Base Pay Range: $ – $ USD Annually. Eligibility for incentive compensation based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
