THE OPPORTUNITY

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Provide professional and responsive service and troubleshooting assistance to commercial clients utilizing Treasury Management Services including but not limited to:
    • Online/Mobile Banking
    • Positive Pay
    • Remote Deposit
    • Bill Payment
    • Wires
    • Secure File Transfers/Enhanced Reporting functions
  • Deposit Solutions Support if applicable:
    • Onboarding and maintenance of Intrafi products (CDARS, ICS), Money Market Sweeps and Brokered Deposits.
  • Support month‑end processes
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with internal teams to ensure the clients have an outstanding and reliable experience.
  • Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed‑upon time frames, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process requests for maintenance and modifications to existing products and services.
  • Collaborate with teammates and management in a resourceful and positive manner.
  • Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required
  • 4
    -5 years' prior banking experience with advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge/experience with customer service support
  • Internally motivated, team‑oriented, ability to make decisions, create change, and promote company and personal growth
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
