• 5+ years in a Director of Finance role or equivalent experience in hotels or resorts. Candidates must have Director level experience in luxury and/or boutique hotels.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA is ideal.
• Strong financial, organizational, leadership and operational skillset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people with often competing agendas.
• Must have experience creating P & L statements, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience presenting financial reports directly to ownership and working on tight deadlines.
• Desire to grow with boutique hotel brand.
