Strategic Finance, Business Partnership, Workflow Automation

• Partner with executive leaders and functional leaders to drive critical business decisions. Build trusted relationships and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and own financial models, including capacity and benefits modeling. Prepare strategic trade-off analyses that help leadership prioritize investments so Notion scales responsibly.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting. Ensure accurate, timely reporting, providing clear variance explanations, and translating results into actionable recommendations for executives and functional leaders.
• Identify and implement AI and automation-driven improvements that allow financial processes to scale, drive real-time reporting, and enable impactful analyses.
• Deliver thoughtful ad hoc analyses for executive and business partner with strong judgment, speed, and attention to detail.

• 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in the technology industry; or in accounting, investment banking, consulting, treasury, or private equity
• Experience leveraging AI in financial workflows
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budget vs. actuals, annual planning, and long-range planning
• Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and building cross-functional relationships
• Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to continually up-level current approaches and processes
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail — “get it done” attitude

Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic finance within the technology sector, while effectively partnering with senior leadership to drive data-driven business decisions. Proficient in leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial processes and reporting.
