Responsibilities
- Support local ministry/entity leadership teams which may involve serving on local leadership committees
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies
- Manage finance staff and assist in development of financial plans and budgets
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience
- 6 years Finance related supervisory role
- 4 years Leadership experience
- Upon hire:
Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications
