Job Responsibilities

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in finance operations
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles
- Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations
Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions - Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, People Soft, Oracle
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutions
