Vice President, Portfolio Events – Transitions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of portfolio events
• Define and implement transition approaches based on portfolio characteristics
• Conduct pre-transition analysis
• Ensure transitions are structured and executed to optimize cost, risk, and market impact
• Act as the central point of coordination across key stakeholders
• Identify and manage key risks
• Monitor and manage transition costs
• Strengthen transition workflows and operating standards

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
• 5-15 years of experience in transition management, trading, portfolio management, or investment operations
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting portfolio transitions
• Strong understanding of multi-asset portfolios
• Working knowledge of economics, fixed income fundamentals, or portfolio management
• Experience applying scenario-based decision making
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills
• Solid understanding of investment compliance frameworks

Demonstrates expertise in transition management and portfolio execution, with a strong focus on optimizing costs, risks, and market impacts. Proficient in leading multi‑asset portfolio transitions and applying scenario‑based decision making within investment operations.
