Jobtailor seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate and close residential loans with a focus on profitability and compliance. You will build referral networks, guide clients through applications, and maintain excellent member satisfaction while collaborating with processing and underwriting teams.
Required are a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years real estate lending, NMLS registration, and knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines. Proficiency with Encompass and CRM tools is preferred.
