Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation of commercial real estate debt investments across various property types
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market, economic, and legal data relevant to potential investments
- Help build and update financial models under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new debt originations
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical skills essential for evaluating commercial real estate debt investments, along with a foundational understanding of real estate and finance concepts. Proficient in building and updating financial models and supporting due diligence processes.
