• SupportROItargetsettingandmeasurementwithM&Eandleadershipteams

• Managetheinvestmentadvisorrelationshipalongsidethe Executive Director
• Preparequarterlyinvestmentperformanceupdatesforthe Boardand Finance Committee
• Leadplanningandexecutionoftheannual Investment Advisor Meeting

• Coordinateandlead Finance Committee meetings
• Providefinancialcoachingandsupporttointernalteammembers
• Contributetoapositive,mission‑alignedteamculture

• Bachelor’sdegreein

• 5+yearsofnonprofitfinancialoversightandanalysispreferred
• Strong Excelskillsandcomfortwithcomplexfinancialmodeling
• Experiencereviewingbudgets,financial statements,andprojectcosts
