ETF Servicing Lead, Director

• Lead and develop a high-performing ETF Servicing team
• Foster a culture where risk management is a core priority
• Expand and strengthen the global ETF Servicing footprint
• Evolve governance frameworks and performance metrics
• Partner with key stakeholders to support new product launches
• Drive operational excellence through scalable processes
• Contribute to the achievement of broader business objectives

• Demonstrated experience and a strong track record of success within the ETF industry
• Leadership across ETF operations and related functions, including client service, fund accounting, and custody/banking
• Outstanding people leadership and culture-building skills
• Exceptional communication and strategic execution skills
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in business process and technology design as a product owner, sponsor, or subject matter expert
• FINRA Series 99 and SIE licenses are required for this role and must be obtained within 90 days of hire
