Senior Manager, Income Tax Reporting & Provision

Anheuser-Busch seeks a Senior Manager, Income Tax Reporting & Provision to lead U.S. income tax reporting within Finance, Accounting & Administration. You will own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision, manage compliance for a complex Beverage & Food Operations footprint, and oversee internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver strategic tax insights, support transactions, and mentor staff in a heritage-driven yet innovative, performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions
• Manage federal and state income tax reporting, forecasts, and true-ups
• Oversee SOX controls, tax accounting policies, and audit support (internal and external)
• Coordinate with FP&A, Controllership, and Operations on tax impacts of business results
• Support planning for transactions, restructurings, and tax-efficient strategies
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality in tax reporting systems
• Manage and develop tax team members; provide coaching and technical guidance
• Liaise with AB In
• Bev global tax and external advisors on complex issues
