Personal Banker III (Full-time)

The position of Personal Banker III is responsible for performing advanced duties and support related to all aspects of retail banking operational activities and new accounts opening (both consumer and business); processing all types of new consumer and business accounts transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services;performing branch clerical and supervisory duties; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.

The position of Personal Banker III also is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, and safe deposit.

Expert with cross- selling techniques and recognizing opportunities for expanding existing customer relationship.

Maintains excellent customer service and has the ability to problem solve customer requests.

Performs operational supervisory duties as assigned and may perform in any capacity within the branch as appropriate and required. Has transaction override authority and limited check signing authority.

South Bay residence preferred.
