And we’re growing! Alltru is looking to hire a Member Solution Specialist to join our Florissant Branch Operations team.

At Alltru, our Member Solution Specialist plays an instrumental role in delivering on our mission to our members:
Save you money. Make you money. Save you time. That’s why we exist. This position is responsible for providing members a full-service banking experience by performing all aspects of retail banking activities. This includes opening new accounts, taking loan applications, providing information and recommendations to members on appropriate products and services as well as assisting members with various administrative account-related requests.

The Member Solution Specialist also performs teller functions to ensure the best member experience.

As a Member Solution Specialist, the ideal candidate has:

• A high school diploma
• Two (2) years of proven retail and sales experience (bank or credit union environment preferred)
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional service
• Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Desire to collaborate and preference to work in a team environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
