Job Summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work and in person or remote schedule. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst supports the estimating compliance and data methods function, contributing to proposal audit activities, proposal quality control, and Pro Pricer administration.

This role works under the direction of the Principal overseeing estimating compliance, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high‑quality proposal development processes.

Job Responsibilities

Support U.S. Government proposal audit responses through data pulls, narrative drafts, and assembly of support packages.

Partner with the functional lead, who owns audit responses and government interface, to execute required compliance activities.

Perform price and cost proposal quality control reviews, verifying rates, factors, supportability, and documentation completeness.

Support administration of the Pro Pricer system, including maintenance of rate tables, templates, user access, and training assistance.

Conduct data analysis for estimating factors, cost estimating relationships, and proposal estimates; build and maintain factor data from historical actuals.

Perform complex financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and detailed financial analysis.

  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years expereince in government contracting finance, pricing, or audit support.
  • DCAA/DCMA exposure, preferred.
  • Strong data analytics skills (Excel; Cognos or equivalent BI tools).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough and accurate compliance reviews.

The salary range for this position is $79,919.00/ year- $/year for the states of Illinois and Minessota. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to:
Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
