• Perform and review month-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Support annual audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Support basic tax reporting, tax schedules, and finance-related tax matters where required

• Support finance-related regulatory and licensing projects
• Coordinate finance information requests from regulators, auditors, and external advisors
• Prepare supporting documentation for licensing applications and regulatory reviews
• Assist in maintaining regulatory reporting and finance governance requirements
• Review and monitor balance sheet reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Support finance control and audit readiness initiatives
• Ensure proper supporting documentation and audit trail maintenance

• Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams on regulatory matters
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants
• Participate in finance process improvement initiatives where required
• Support ad hoc finance and reporting projects

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 7+ years’ experience in audit firms (Big 4 preferred)
• 3+ years’ in-house finance / reporting / month-end close experience
• Hands-on month-end closing and financial reporting experience
• Basic understanding of tax and accounting implications within regulated financial services environments
