Responsibilities
- Lead the review, approval, and tracking of complex tariff-related supplier claims and credits
- Perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation while ensuring policy and regulatory adherence
- Establish and refine processes for managing tariff accruals, payments, and credit recovery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and accounting
- Ensure the integrity of tariff-related financial reporting, including preparing accruals and explaining financial impacts
- Forecast future tariff impacts and accruals and provide strategic leadership on potential changes
- Partner with operating teams and participate in daily governance
- Align compliance efforts with suppliers to mitigate tariff impacts
- Perform financial analysis and lead projects on tariff impacts, trends, mitigation strategies, and opportunities
- Guide strategic discussions with senior stakeholders on financial implications
- Lead teams and challenge the status quo through innovative solutions to tariff and trade challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business-centered degree
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, trade compliance, or a related commercial role
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with Power BI, Power Applications, and AI tools
- Experience in international trade, customs, or supply chain finance
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
