Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Private Banking Client Manager to lead relationship-based banking for high-net-worth individuals. In this role, you'll originate and manage a portfolio of private banking clients, delivering customized credit, deposit, and wealth solutions. You will collaborate with internal partners in wealth management and commercial banking to deepen relationships, grow balances, and cross-sell services. Responsibilities include proactive business development, financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high service standards while mentoring junior team members and representing the bank in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth private banking clients
- Conduct financial needs assessments and propose tailored banking and credit solutions
- Structure, analyze, and underwrite complex credit requests
- Cross-sell deposit, lending, and wealth management products with internal partners
- Proactively source new business through networking and community involvement
- Monitor portfolio risk, credit quality, and compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Deliver high-touch client service and resolve complex client issues
- Collaborate with wealth management and commercial banking teams to deepen relationships
- Track and achieve production, revenue, and client satisfaction goals
- Mentor junior bankers and support a collaborative, relationship-driven culture
