Finance Manager, Services & Verticals

• Drive comprehensive financial management of the Services business
• Consolidate OPEX planning
• Evaluate channel programs and analyze category impacts on overall performance
• Lead ongoing accounting reconciliation of actuals versus bookings
• Serve as the gatekeeper for the accuracy and health of the Services P&L
• Lead Finance implementation of new services initiatives
• Partner with Accounting, IT, and Operations stakeholders on scalable process implementations
• Assess and refine business definitions for new strategic initiatives
• Work with IT and Sales Operations teams to align reporting with strategic initiatives
• Develop reporting packages with data-driven insights for management
• Consolidate and analyze regional sales and margin forecasts
• Provide leadership with a unified view of global performance and future trajectories

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting, preferably within a global technology, consumer electronics, or services-led organization
• Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-layered P&Ls
• Strong understanding of OPEX planning and revenue accounting
• Proven ability to act as a financial liaison on operational projects, such as backend system redesigns and global product/service rollouts
• Ability to collaborate fluently with IT, Operations, Sales, and Finance
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Track record of managing large datasets, defining reporting metrics, and restating historicals for accurate baseline comparisons
• Strong experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, Essbase, Tableau, and One Stream
• Deep understanding of POS data integration
• Exceptional ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for non-finance leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred

Demonstrates extensive expertise in financial management, including OPEX planning, P&L oversight, and advanced financial modeling. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
