Overview
As a Loan Coordinator, you’ll guide the loan process from the time they’re under contract through closing with care, passion, and integrity. No specific degree or experience is required; we value translatable skills and relevant expertise along with the training and development opportunities we provide.
Base salary and commission yield $50,000 to $80,000 in your first year, with top earners achieving six-figure totals through performance incentives.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and teammates, responding quickly and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Take ownership of loans, meeting deadlines and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
- Request, review, and organize documents to guarantee accuracy and approval readiness.
- Analyze credit, income, and assets in accordance with company and industry guidelines.
- Prepare files for underwriting and submit everything for closing.
- Attend training sessions to stay current on company guidelines and loan programs.
- Pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Strong relationship‑building with teammates and borrowers, delivering professional customer service.
