* Job Responsibilities:

*** Must maintain state approved loan originator license(s)
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
* Educate clients on loan options, terms, and conditions to ensure informed decision-making
* Successful track record for closing residential mortgage loans while maintaining compliance with federal and state mortgage lending laws
* Utilize CRM and Encompass to track leads, applications, and client interactions
* Stay up to date on mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends
