Chief Financial Officer

We are partnering with a leading $400M oil and gas company to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer. This is a key executive leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can provide strategic guidance while overseeing the organization's financial operations, reporting, and long-term growth initiatives.

The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, leading all financial functions of the organization. This individual will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, treasury management, operational finance, and supporting key business decisions across the company.

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support company objectives.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, and capital planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, investments, and business planning.
• Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, and external advisors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent roles.
• Prior experience within the oil and gas industry required.
• Net Suite experience required.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and operational finance.
• Experience leading high-performing accounting and finance organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
