We're Hiring Across Multiple Locations We are actively hiring for Relationship Banker I opportunities at several branch locations.Candidates may be considered for current and future openings based on business needs and geographic preference. Branch Locations
- Rowland Height Branch: 17432 Colima Rd, Rowland Heights, CA 91748
- City of Industry Branch: 1250 Fullerton Rd, City of Industry, CA 91748
- West Covina Branch: 2672 E Garvey Ave S, West Covina, CA 91791
- Diamond Bar Branch: 1195 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA 91765
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts.
- Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services.
- Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 6-12 months of customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred.
- Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
