- Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM organization
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, sales and marketing spend, headcount, and strategic bets
- Analyze ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, retention, and GTM efficiency metrics
- Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate growth initiatives, shape pricing, and design sales compensation
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses
- Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and operational rigor
- Work cross-functionally to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights
- Report into the finance team and partner directly with GTM leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics required
- 3+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
- Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI, infrastructure, and developer tooling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States
- Ability to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday
