- Partner with BU Finance Directors, BU General Managers, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand, communicate, and drive financial and operating performance
- Provide analysis and constructive insights to senior management, including site General Managers, CFO, CEO, and COO
- Own and manage day-to-day FP&A activity in Ontic’s central FP&A function
- Analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity, including sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and ROIC
- Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated company financial data
- Track and analyze financial information, including sales and cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, market analysis, inventory tracking, return on investment, cash flow, and operational KPIs
- Own the group/central annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and weekly flash processes
- Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management
- Interface with Site Finance teams on consolidation, analysis, and narrative of global financial results
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models, working with Site Finance, IT, and Finance Transformation teams to identify, source, and validate data
- Drive automation, enhanced data visualization, and improved technology usage across finance
- Build AI capabilities within finance
- Identify finance and business process improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to distill and explain complex data simply and concisely
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
- Self-starter, growth mindset, innate curiosity, and problem-solving mentality
- Must meet export control compliance requirements
- Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee)
Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking, with a strong ability to communicate insights to senior management. Proficient in building financial models and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with export control regulations.
