Senior Manager – Bankruptcy & Restructuring

• Execute, build out, and lead a team delivering Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services for business restructuring and bankruptcy-related engagements, including bankruptcy litigation
• Address complex questions and issues under the direction of an Advisory Partner
• Market and network for new business, including identifying, pursuing, and leading new business proposals
• Lead and advise on restructuring processes, including strategy development, liquidity management, parallel processes, out-of-court negotiations, bankruptcy preparation, and strategy execution/implementation
• Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize stakeholder value
• Develop financial models, especially integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
• Maintain executive presence and act as primary contact on assigned engagements while keeping Partners informed of progress
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and client personnel
• Manage teams of professionals and delegate work assignments
• Encourage team environments and contribute to assigned personnel’s professional development
• Travel to local, regional, and national clients

• Ten (10) or more years of prior experience performing business restructuring and/or related consulting services
• Five (5) or more years of management experience
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
• Prior experience working within a national public accounting firm or consulting organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to review work product developed by others
• Willingness to go above and beyond to provide superior work product while meeting engagement deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Superior analytical skills, including ability to identify issues and anomalies
• Solid organizational skills, especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Bankruptcy and Insolvency processes, with a strong ability to develop and execute Restructuring and Turnaround plans. Proven experience in managing teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality consulting services in a deadline-driven environment.
