Deals Services Supervisor, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling

• Execute and review complex financial analyses and models for strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction-related engagements
• Develop and review operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models
• Analyze current and historical financial data to assess performance, growth opportunities, and risks
• Support mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence
• Interpret financial, market, and industry data to support client insights and recommendations
• Prepare and review client-ready analyses, schedules, and presentation materials for management and executive audiences
• Coordinate engagement work streams and support team execution
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• Utilize analytical tools and technology to deliver accurate financial insights
• Monitor engagement progress and address issues to support high-quality client service delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience
• Advanced experience developing and working with integrated financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow components
• Strong foundational valuation skills, including application of income and market approaches
• Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders in a consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environment
• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, valuation, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development environments
• Experience modeling equity, debt, and hybrid instruments in support of transactions or strategic finance initiatives
• Experience developing consolidated or business-unit-level forecasts using bottom-up and top-down approaches
• Experience preparing and reviewing executive-level or management-ready presentation materials summarizing financial findings and insights
• Experience providing day-to-day guidance or review oversight for junior team members
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification is preferred
• Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement demands
• Up to 25% travel based on client and engagement needs

Demonstrates advanced financial modeling capabilities, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow components, while providing strategic insights through comprehensive financial analyses. Proficient in preparing executive-level presentation materials and guiding junior team members in a client-facing environment.
