A leading global alternative investment firm is looking to add an Investment Associate to its San Francisco team.

With a multi-decade track record and billions in assets under management
, the firm invests across the energy and infrastructure landscape, partnering with high-quality management teams and businesses at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, technology, and the global energy transition

This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated investment platform where Associates are given meaningful exposure to the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

• 2–4 years of experience in an investment bank, private equity firm, infrastructure fund, or similar investment platform
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with M&A, leveraged finance, private equity, infrastructure, energy, or project finance is highly valued
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and form independent investment views
• A genuine interest in energy, infrastructure, and the evolving global energy landscape
