Financial Due Diligence Manager

Hybrid: 3 days in office

We are working with a Big 4 firm that is actively hiring experienced Financial Due Diligence Managers and Senior Managers within its growing Deals practice. The primary need is at the Manager level
, with multiple openings available.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
• Analyze historical and projected financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and other key transaction considerations
• Identify financial trends, risks, and deal issues and communicate findings to clients
• Manage engagements from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and project teams
• Review financial analyses and client deliverables
• Work directly with senior client executives, investors, and other transaction advisors
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members
• Support client relationships and practice development initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or accounting experience
• Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and transaction-related analysis
• Experience managing engagements and client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or comparable credential preferred
• Ability to work in office 3 days per week

The firm is primarily hiring at the Manager level
, although qualified Senior Manager candidates will also be considered. This is an opportunity to join an established Big 4 Deals platform with significant transaction volume and exposure to both private equity and corporate clients.
