- Supporting teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Participating in the analysis of financial statements to assess business health and performance

- Developing an understanding of financial economics and corporate finance principles
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
- Preference for one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Economics and Finance, Finance - Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
- Demonstrating knowledge in financial statement analysis and industry trend analysis
- Participating in financial due diligence and merger accounting projects
- Supporting deal management and acquisitions with analytical skills
- Engaging in financial advising and business valuations activities
Demonstrates strong analytical skills in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Possesses foundational knowledge in financial economics and corporate finance principles, supporting client engagements and strategic initiatives.
