Investment Analyst Program

• Collaborate with Investment Directors and co-Investment Analysts as part of an investment team
• Assess investment managers’ portfolios
• Support client requests and questions
• Conduct investment and capital markets research, analysis, and advice
• Describe market conditions and communicate investment recommendations to clients in written reports
• Gain exposure to asset classes and investment strategies
• Gather and evaluate historical asset allocation, spending, and performance data
• Prepare exhibits and other presentation documentation
• Manage direct responsibility for 10 to 15 clients
• Potentially serve in a specialist role focused on hedge funds or private investments

• Open to graduates in the Class of 2027
• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Record of high academic achievement
• Minimum 3.3 GPA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated interest in investments and capital markets
• Eagerness to learn
• Interest in innovating and experimenting with new technology, models, and AI-driven systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power Point
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restrictions now or in the future
