About The Role
As a Loan Specialist you will be the friendly voice guiding and educating borrowers on their VA benefit. You will initiate the first step in the home buying journey and set the stage for a successful partnership.
Responsibilities- Engage with borrowers, understand their goals and provide expert guidance to ensure they feel informed, confident and ready to move forward.
- Run their credit through an online system and help them find the right loan for their situation.
- Walk borrowers through the loan process, explaining everything clearly, and help them get the right rates and terms.
- Handle all the paperwork and keep the borrower’s file on track until the loan is officially closed.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure a seamless loan experience.
- Contribute to the team’s success by jumping in wherever you’re needed.
- Full‑time position with flexible hours: 12PM‑10PM Monday‑Friday and 8AM‑10PM Saturday‑Sunday.
- Required to work 2 nights a week until 10PM.
- Required to work at least 32 weekend hours per month.
- Flex Loan Specialists have the flexibility to set their own schedule outside of normal business hours.
Base + commission role. Top producers earn around $76K in their first year, $94K by their second year, and $112K by year three. $500 sign‑on bonus and an additional $1,000 bonus upon passing your SAFE exam.
