Business Banking Rotational Development Program

• Complete three ten-month rotations in the Business Banking Rotation Program
• Build core sales and credit skills through on-the-job training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors
• Actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing relationships through a consultative and holistic approach to solving client needs
• Serve business banking clients with annual sales revenue ranging from $2.5 million to $50 million
• Gain hands‑on experience in Business Banking Relationship Analyst and Business Banking Relationship Manager roles
• Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives
• Build a supportive peer community through social events, development workshops, and catered insight activities
• Give back to the communities where employees live and work
• Work approximately 40 hours each week

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar majors with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027
• Basic understanding of banking terms, concepts, and applications through relevant coursework or projects in cost and managerial accounting, business finance (basic functions), advanced financial management, and micro & macro economics
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners
• Customer service experience and/or highly adept at building and maintaining strong relationships
• Ability to start rotation program on July 12, 2027
• Reliable transportation to meet with clients within a 30-mile radius
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training
• Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Demonstrates strong sales and credit skills through hands‑on experience in Business Banking roles, with a solid understanding of banking concepts and a commitment to building client relationships. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
