Treasury Sales Associate

• Facilitate direct end-to-end relationships with one or more Treasury Sales Officers
• Support treasury sales processes for the Middle Market Technology Team and strategies to grow domestic and international revenue
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
• Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipelines, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
• Produce client and portfolio analyses covering profitability, revenue performance, product usage, balance trends, and variance analysis
• Coordinate KYC onboarding for new legal entities with AML and onboarding teams
• Coordinate the Client Management Process, including planning, client calling, team meeting preparation, delivery, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking
• Develop strategies, proposals, and pitchbooks through industry, client, and prospect research
• Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and support non-standard pricing
• Partner with Product Specialists and support partners to grow revenue and deepen relationships
• Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
• Participate in in-person client calling and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities
• Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
• Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Effective problem solving, trend and opportunity analysis, risk management, and client meeting preparation
• Strong client relationship-building through communication and collaboration
• Proactive mindset and effective time management
• Results-driven mindset prioritizing client and team interests
• Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
• Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment (desired)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (desired)
• Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent (desired)
• Experience prospecting and developing new business (desired)
• Knowledge of U.S. or international cash management products (desired)
• Prior experience in Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking (strongly preferred)
• Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, and/or product management (desired)
• Working knowledge of U.S. and global treasury management products, services, and industry trends
• Must comply with applicable FDIC and Safe Act/Loan Originators hiring restrictions

Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen with expertise in treasury management and corporate banking. Proficient in client relationship-building, problem-solving, and data analysis to support revenue growth and client satisfaction.
