Director, Wealth & Planning Solutions

• Define and drive the vision for Asset Mark’s wealth and planning solutions with senior Wealth Solutions leaders.
• Manage and communicate product vision, strategy, OKR/KPIs and reporting.
• Develop executive presentations and lead discussions supporting decision alignment and leadership awareness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and deliver a modern digital experience and effective sales and service teams.
• Craft and execute pipeline plans to research and analyze issues, explore ideas and solutions, and support decisions.
• Champion the solution set through distribution channels and address product competitiveness and positioning with target client segments.
• Lead and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Manage Asset Mark’s Securities Backed Line of Credit, Asset Mark Charitable, and Self Directed Brokerage Accounts, growing existing offers and developing new wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Finance, and other functional departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive and direct experience in the product strategy and development of wealth management solutions such as cash, lending, retirement, or other wealth offers that can connect directly to or adjacent to an advisory account.
• Understanding of Broker-Dealer and RIA, including how TAMPs function within our industry is helpful, not required.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Self-motivated, biased toward action, capable of defining objectives and delivering work streams start to finish with limited oversight.
• Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with all levels of management and able to communicate and present effectively to executive audiences.
• Personality that thrives in a fast moving, quickly changing atmosphere.
• Partners well with colleagues and outside business partners to get work done.
• A positive, team oriented, can-do attitude.
• Limited travel approximately 10-15% depending on the business need.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Demonstrates expertise in product strategy and development for wealth management solutions, with strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively with executive audiences, and collaborate across functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
