Actuary, Director – Product and Pricing Risk, Workforce

• Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of cross-product pricing and risk processes, tools, and reporting
• Analyze new business and renewal results, evaluate trends, and recommend pricing, profitability, and portfolio guardrail adjustments
• Coordinate pricing tools, models, and reporting capabilities for Pricing and Underwriting
• Build portfolio analytics connecting growth, profitability, competitiveness, and risk
• Facilitate cross-product assumption setting and documentation
• Establish monitoring standards, KPIs, thresholds, and escalation routines
• Prepare decision-ready materials for product, pricing, and risk governance forums
• Provide actuarial and risk expertise on underwriting, reinsurance, vendor risk, and product capability initiatives
• Lead experience studies and data-driven analyses
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial and reserving activities
• Lead and develop actuarial professionals and rotational analysts
• Manage multiple initiatives and escalating material issues and strategic trade-offs

• 8+ years of progressive actuarial experience
• FSA designation
• Deep experience in group product lines including Dental, Vision, Group Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Supplemental Health, and Leave and Absence Management
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, working with ambiguity, and adapting to change
• Experience developing or implementing pricing analyses, assumptions, monitoring frameworks, or governance processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or demonstrated experience
• Experience developing or implementing both new business and renewal pricing strategy
• Digital and analytic mindset
