- Capture, analyze, and report data to assist Trinity Health leadership in achieving operational efficiency
- Audit department information and produce reports

- Provide knowledge and expertise in programs, services, and applications
- Assist in financial evaluation of key strategies and link ministry and system finance
- Support the Manager and Director of Financial Operations through collaboration with strategic partners
- Pull and analyze data to develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and tools monitoring key metrics, trends, and initiatives
- Support reviews of ministry operating and capital annual plans, performance improvement plans, compensation plans, strategic financial plans, physician transactions, and other investments
- Work with ministry finance teams to ensure financial integrity of submitted requests
- Provide guidance to finance and non-finance colleagues
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of industry/private industry finance experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector. Proficient in collaborating with finance teams to ensure financial integrity and support strategic financial planning.
