Monday-Thursday 8-5 Friday 8:00-6

• Helping our customers with routine transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing in a speedy and efficient manner.
• Resolving customer concerns and problems, knowing when to get a supervisor involved.
• Cross-selling our products and services. You’ll get to know our customers and recommend appropriate solutions for their financial needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Displays a credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times.
• Ability to ask effective questions and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Solid math skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A high school education or GED.
• Able to work branch hours.
• Able to travel to other local branches to provide coverage as needed.
