We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager for Engaged Financial. This individual fosters strong customer relationships while balancing the oversight of a dedicated book of business. This position is the primary contact for Engaged Financial customers and is responsible for providing clients with updates on account related issues.
The Account Manager’s book of business is $4+ million dollars in accounts receivable that turns monthly comprised of clients who fund less than $50K in purchasing per month who require expedient funding. They are tasked with mitigating risk through executing the weekly book review best practices and resolving invoices exceptions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with Engaged Financial clients
- Oversee streamlined funding processes for carriers averaging a fleet of 1-3 active trucks
- Onboard, manage, and grow customer accounts
- Monitor ongoing credit and terms of customer accounts adjusting credit limits appropriately
- Provide customer training during implementation
- Completing due diligence for the release of reserves and non-factored balances
- Invoice auditing and analysis
- Assist with posting payments and reconciliation of funds received
- Inquire and communicate account status with customers
- Monitor customer past due amounts. Contact customers, as necessary, to work out payment arrangements and/or elevate collection efforts
- Act as a support contact for client disputes and resolution of issues
- Maintain customer files and ensure that necessary documentation is received and filed
- Other administrative duties as required

- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time. The employee needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The general level of physical activity would be defined as sedentary. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, telephone, copy machine, and printer.
Some movements of the hands, arms, and wrists may involve repetitive motions.
