The Director,Financial Contract Administration is responsible for leading the financial modeling and budgeting of participations and residuals for theatrical products, with a focus on film ultimates and cash. This role requires a deep understanding of contractual obligations and the ability to translate complex deal terms into financial models and forecasts. This individual will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills,and a collaborative approach to working across Participations, FP&A, Controllership, and Strategic Planning groups.

Additionally, the role will support thesetup and reviewoftheatricalparticipation dealswithinthe Participations and Residuals system (PARIS) as needed.

• Build and maintain participation and residual ultimate models for theatrical products
• Support cash forecasting and budgeting processes related to participation and residual obligations
• Analyze and interpret complex legal agreements and translate terms into financial models and forecasts
• Collaborate closely with various business units including FP&A, Controllership, Strategic Planning, Legal and Business Affairs
• Maintain appropriate controls within the ultimate process as required by Sarbanes Oxley
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve productivity
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasting
• Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

Whatyou’llbring:

• BS/BA in Accounting,Financeor related field
• 8+yearsofrelevantexperience,ideally in Entertainment
  
  Finance, Participationsor Accounting
• Solid experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting legal agreements into financial models
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel,Wordand PowerPoint; experience withSAP andparticipations systems a plus
