Senior Financial Analyst
Pay: $62,000-$103,000 depending upon experience
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO

How you will make an impact:You will develop and interpret financial analyses to support financial Planning, forecasting, modeling, internal controls and business decision-making. This role serves as a financial business partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, translating financial information into actionable insights that support operational efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports and other financial information
- Perform complex financial analysis of operating results and business plans
- Own assigned components of the annual budgeting and forecasting Processes
- Develop and maintain accurate sales, expenses and other financial forecasts; evaluate forecast performance, identify changes in business conditions and recommend adjustments.
- Develop financial models analyses and reporting tools to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, cost drivers, productivity, working capital.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable experience.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment including cost accounting and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex financial issues, identify root causes, determine appropriate analytical approaches, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis and financial reporting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams and communicate financial information and recommendations clearly to varied audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant financial analysis tools; proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
