Hybrid (Telework up to 60%)
- Lead investigator in sexual harassment or discrimination complaints, including DFEH, EEOC, Violence in the Workplace, and union grievance complaints.
- Develop an investigative plan and complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain CDFA’s UMP page on the intranet and update as needed.
- Provide counseling to staff regarding UMP by offering information, tools, and resources.
- Coordinate with the UMP committee to create new guidelines and develop related materials and resources.
- Receive and log all OCR complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violence, hostility, and bullying into the OCR tracking system.
- Create and maintain case files for all complaints received in the OCR shared drive.
