Government Contract Administrators - Northridge CA

Overview

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is expanding its world‑class team of Government Contract Administrators in Northridge, CA.

In this position, you will apply FAR/DFARS knowledge to support multiple contract types, including Time & Materials (T&M), Cost‑Reimbursable, and Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP). You will lead proposal preparation, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage contracts across the full lifecycle—from proposal through closeout.

• Experience with both Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• Background supporting multiple contract types (including T&M, Cost‑Reimbursable, and FFP)
• Skilled in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration from proposal through closeout
• Ability to work full time on-site in Northridge, CA

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance issued by the DOD
• Active secret clearance is preferred

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, a discretionary bonus, and for Vice President or Director positions—Long Term Incentives.
