Secrétaire Général De Mairie

The commune of Saint-Pardoux (428 inhabitants) is recruiting, starting from April 2026, a secretary general of the town hall on a statutory or contractual basis for non-full time (18 hours per week) on the employment framework of territorial writers. Under the authority of Madame the Mayor, you will be responsible for ensuring the routine administrative tasks related to the functioning of the municipality.

In this capacity, you will implement and monitor various projects and check, before transmission to the representative of the State, the legality of the administrative acts produced by the municipality;
You will prepare, in liaison with Madame the Mayor, the sessions of the Municipal Council, follow and implement its decisions (minutes, deliberations, decrees, etc.);
You will participate in the elaboration of the budget and follow it up;
You will perform the secretariat of Madame the Mayor and the elected officials (preparation of meetings, organization of elections, etc.), and you will be in charge of the management of incoming and outgoing mail;
You will welcome users and handle their requests within the scope of the municipality's competence: civil status, military census, communal school, cemetery, town planning, electoral list, communal equipment, etc. You will be the regular contact person for the elected officials of the municipality and institutional partners (intercommunal structure, State services…);
You will manage the accounting of the municipality (commitment of expenses and revenue titles, M57 nomenclature) and the financial management of the intercommunal pedagogical grouping;
You will prepare and execute the payroll of the municipality's agents, implement the individual procedures related to their career and ensure the maintenance and updating of their individual file. You will contribute to the implementation of the indemnity system within the municipality.
