This is a limited‑term position with potential extension up to 24 months and may become permanent.
ResponsibilitiesThis position performs a wide range of functions in support of the mission of the Industry Employment Program (IEP).
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and tracking of incarcerated individuals' nominations and certificates
- Coordinating statewide training and procedure development
- Managing all incarcerated individual work assignments for CALCTRA
- Providing strong written communication, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
Analyst I classification; candidates should possess foundational analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to perform the responsibilities outlined above. Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification.
- Experience with data systems & logistics
- Experience with data analysis & reports
- Experience with program support
- Experience in policy/procedure support
- Experience in training & field support
- At least 156 hours of paid leave in the first year
