Salary: $3,861.00 – $6,276.00 per month (depending on experience and eligibility)

This is a limited‑term position with potential extension up to 24 months and may become permanent.

Responsibilities

This position performs a wide range of functions in support of the mission of the Industry Employment Program (IEP).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and tracking of incarcerated individuals' nominations and certificates
  • Coordinating statewide training and procedure development
  • Managing all incarcerated individual work assignments for CALCTRA
  • Providing strong written communication, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Analyst I classification; candidates should possess foundational analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to perform the responsibilities outlined above. Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with data systems & logistics
  • Experience with data analysis & reports
  • Experience with program support
  • Experience in policy/procedure support
  • Experience in training & field support
