Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Supervisor in the Office of Plan Monitoring, Division of Provider Networks, the incumbent is assigned program‑related responsibilities that ensure effective interpretation and implementation of the Knox‑Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975, the California Code of Regulations title 28, and program policies and procedures. The incumbent plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates health program activities within OPM, provides analytical support for the review and evaluation of health‑care service plan licensing filings and data from various network review projects, and analyzes and displays data using computer software (Excel, Access, Word, geographic access software) to develop reports and present information at meetings.
Minimum Requirements- ANALYST II
- Salary: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month (New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of an alternate range when applicable.)
The incumbent will work in a climate‑controlled cubicle and/or office environment with artificial lighting at the DMHC’s locations in Downtown Sacramento and Rancho Cordova. This position may be eligible for hybrid telework, subject to operational needs and state residency requirements.
